Channel Foundations Product Manager

Overview

In this role, you drive business value by shaping Channel Foundations technology solutions within the Technology Value Streams. You act as the senior connector between IT Product teams and the business, ensuring roadmaps align with priorities and delivering measurable outcomes. You lead the Channel Foundations team and partner with the broader Customer and Consumer Technology group to enhance cross-functional delivery. You will influence senior stakeholders and oversee multiple product streams with a focus on agile, value-driven delivery and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Define functional product technology strategies and roadmaps aligned to business goals
• Partner with business leaders to translate needs into technology capabilities
• Oversee delivery through Product Owners, from requirements to testing
• Drive agile and incremental delivery to improve transparency and partnering
• Assess IT demand and plan delivery with Portfolio function and Scrum Master
• Escalate product performance issues and support cross-product solutions
• Guide continuous improvement and track KPIs, SLAs, velocity, and budget
• Create and present business cases and manage change programs to achieve goals
• Foster clear communication with stakeholders and ensure alignment across units

Key requirements

• 8 years of experience delivering DAM, PXM and DSA applications from requirements to deployment
• Proven track record in defining and executing product strategies with tangible business benefits
• Experience leading multiple product teams across full delivery lifecycle
• Deep domain expertise in Consumer Channels, Martech, Manufacturing Execution, or IT Finance
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate complex tech to non-technical audiences
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Strong capability to influence prioritization and feasibility discussions with business and tech
• Leadership experience managing small to medium IT delivery teams
