Heartwood Collection is seeking a Deputy General Manager to lead and enhance guest experiences across our branded hospitality sites. You will oversee daily operations, mentor teams, and ensure top-tier service while upholding brand standards.

We require a proven track record in running a site, with 2-3 years in a Deputy GM role, and a strong grasp of the financial aspects of managing a hospitality operation. The role is a 48-hour contract in our UK locations.
