Assistant Manager – High-Volume Pub Leader & Growth Path

Greene King is hiring an Assistant Manager for the Blue Posts, St James’s, a flagship High-volume pub in Central London. You’ll work closely with the General Manager, lead the team on the floor and drive standards to ensure a first-class hospitality experience for every guest.

This role focuses on coaching, team development, and delivering a dynamic sport-led program with Sky Sports and live events, while maintaining safety, cleanliness and exceptional service.
