UK Graduate Engineer Programme: Shape the Built World

Robert Bird Group, part of SJ Group, offers a UK Graduate Programme designed to develop well‑rounded engineers over two years. You’ll contribute to major projects and gain real consulting experience while benefiting from a supportive, collaborative environment.

We seek final‑year students or graduates with a 2:1 (MEng, BEng, BSc) in civil, structural, geotechnical or construction engineering who are curious, team‑oriented and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
