Assistant Store Manager — Fashion Retail & Impact

British Heart Foundation is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our fashion store in Teddington. You will support the Store Manager and lead staff and volunteers to deliver an exceptional customer journey in line with our values.

The role involves assisting with day-to-day store operations, driving sales, and developing the team across both physical and online channels. Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota is required.
