Spectrum Community Health CIC is recruiting for an internal post. As lead Pharmacy Technician you will, under the guidance of Spectrum Lead Pharmacist and senior management team at HMP Northumberland, lead the Pharmacy team in the provision of a safe, efficient, and cost-effective pharmaceutical service to prisoners (service users).
You will mentor and develop the wider pharmacy team, manage day-to-day operations of the in-house dispensary, ensuring efficiency and consistency in service delivery.
