Compassionate Learning Support Assistant

Portland Charity seeks Learning Support Assistants to help learners achieve goals, develop independence and prepare for work and adult life. You will support learning activities, monitor progress and assist with personal care, health needs and work experience, while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.

Experience delivering directed learning is valued; a calm, flexible approach and clear written communication are essential. DBS check will be required.
