Sales Support Specialist – Customer Care & Orders

XP Power is seeking a Sales Support professional in Reading to help the Sales Managers grow existing and prospective customer accounts. You will handle calls, respond to inquiries, process orders, and support accounts with timely, accurate information.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organisational skills, and the ability to multitask in a team environment. Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP is advantageous, and additional European language skills are welcomed.
