HR Manager (4-Day Week) – Hands-On Employee Relations

Sanderson Recruitment Plc is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead day-to-day people operations across the Gloucester sites. This hands-on HR generalist role covers employee relations, payroll oversight, HR systems, compliance and organisational development within a dynamic multi-site environment.

Working 4 days per week (Mon-Thu) on a 12-month fixed-term contract, the salary is £36,000-£40,000 (equivalent £45,000-£50,000 full time).
