Rapid Response Support Worker – Complex Care

Marva Group is recruiting Highly Experienced Support Workers for our Rapid Response Team. This full-time, shift-based role covers days, nights and weekends, 36–48 hours per week, with travel to various locations and up to 100 miles from home.

You will mobilise new complex care packages and support young people aged 14+ with learning disabilities, autism and other needs, including behaviours that challenge. A PMVA training and a full UK driving licence are essential.
