Head of Psychology – Trauma-Informed Child Care Leader

Pebbles Care Limited is seeking a Head of Psychology to lead bespoke therapeutic care and education for our young people. You will oversee development and implementation of psychological programs across 56 homes and 3 schools, collaborating with homes, education teams and external agencies.

You will mentor in-house forensic psychologists in training, supervise an assistant psychologist, and shape care and risk planning in coordination with the Commissioning Team and Registered Managers.
