Sheltered Housing Support Assistant – Empowering Seniors (22.5h/wk)

Portsmouth City Council is seeking a Support Assistant (Category 2.5 Sheltered Housing) for St Johns Court in Stamshaw, Portsmouth. The role is permanent and 22.5 hours per week, with a base location at St Johns Court and potential coverage across other sheltered schemes as needed.

You will support residents aged 55+ to maintain independence, liaising with care agencies, health services and families, and providing personal care where required.
