Associate Director, Quantity Surveying – Hybrid (Glasgow)

FindCore is seeking a Quantity Surveying Associate Director to lead pre- and post-contract activities on a varied project portfolio in Glasgow. Based in our hybrid Glasgow office, you’ll oversee cost planning, procurement, reporting and value engineering to drive project outcomes.

You’ll partner with clients and consultants, mentor junior surveyors, and develop business through high-profile schemes. MRICS chartered with a degree in QS and strong contract knowledge are essential.
