People Operations Specialist: Payroll, Onboarding & HR Systems

Foundation Partners is a mission-driven international nonprofit that runs large events and conferences worldwide. The People team is small and collaborative, with the UK presence supporting colleagues during UK hours.

You will report to the Head of HR, spending 50–60% on HR operations (payroll, systems, compliance) and 40% on employee experience (onboarding, engagement surveys, people projects). You’ll own onboarding end to end and help maintain data across HR platforms.
