  • Prepare engaging employee communications, including the quarterly employee newsletter.
  • Carry out HR administration and record-keeping, including generating grant funding claims for training spend.
  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle—sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting the onboarding of new employees.
  • Support employee relations activity, helping to promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace.
  • Analyse HR data and contribute to HR initiatives and business projects.
  • Keep up to date with employment legislation, HR trends, and best practices.
  • Contribute fresh ideas and get involved in projects and initiatives that improve the employee experience and the wider business.
  • Build strong working relationships across the organisation while developing your HR knowledge and professional skills.

Qualifications What we’re looking for:Essential

  • Degree qualified in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Ambitious and motivated to build a career in Human Resources.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a natural ability to problem-solve and work with information.
  • A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build positive relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, resilient, and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Curious and open-minded, with the confidence to bring forward new ideas and approaches.

  • Strong written and creative writing skills.
