Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse – Crisis Home Treatment

Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse for the Central Home Treatment Team in Birmingham. The post is permanent, full-time, and located at the Zinnia Centre, with a salary of £39,959–£48,117 per annum.

The role involves 24/7 crisis intervention in the home setting, gate-keeping for inpatient wards, and coordination of care with multidisciplinary colleagues. Registration as an RMN with the NMC is required.
