Youth Support Worker – Sleep-in Shifts (St Albans)

Peabody is seeking a Support Worker for its Young People’s Services in St Albans. You’ll help 16–25-year-olds build independence by delivering person-centred support, completing needs assessments, and developing plans to reach goals. The role involves housing support, liaising with external partners, and safeguarding within Peabody’s values.

You’ll work in a team, with lone-working confidence, driving between schemes and contributing to education, training and employment opportunities.
