In this role you will join a Legal 500 rated firm in Exmouth to manage a broad range of residential property matters. You will work within a conveyancing team, handling cases from instruction through post-completion and contributing to a busy, client-focused practice. The opportunity suits lawyers at all levels, from newly qualified to senior, who excel under minimal supervision. You will help shape the firm’s residential property service while supporting diverse client needs in a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle a wide range of residential property matters from instruction to post completion
• Manage a busy caseload of conveyancing tasks
• Work on sales, purchases, shared ownership, and help-to-buy transactions
• Collaborate effectively within the conveyancing team with minimal supervision
• Demonstrate strong technical expertise and excellent client service

Key requirements

• Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with solid residential property experience
• Strong technical knowledge and client skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and within a team
• Location-based requirement: Exmouth office preference
