Property (PSL) Knowledge Lawyer

Overview

In this Property PSL role, you will lead knowledge leadership and training within a respected property practice. You will work across commercial and residential property to shape technical excellence and support innovation, while stepping back from fee-earning targets. You will collaborate with partners and fee-earners to keep the team at the forefront of developments and client service. The role combines training delivery, knowledge management, and strategic guidance to elevate practice standards. Responsibilities

• Designing and delivering technical training programmes across the Property team
• Supporting the ongoing professional development of lawyers and support staff
• Providing expert guidance on complex and technical property matters
• Monitoring legislative, regulatory and market developments
• Developing and maintaining precedents, know-how and knowledge resources

Key requirements

• 6+ years’ PQE with strong technical expertise in Commercial and/or Residential Property
• Experience in training design or knowledge management within a legal/property context
• Willingness to transition into a knowledge management/PSL-focused role or support role to Partners and fee-earners
