Restructuring Partner

Overview

As Partner in our Restructuring and Insolvency team, you will lead strategic client engagements, win new business, and shape how we deliver high-impact restructuring solutions. You’ll guide complex insolvency and solvent advisory projects, manage delivery and people development, and work across the firm to grow opportunities. This role places you at the forefront of client outcomes, with a clear focus on growth, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration. You will help drive the firm’s restructuring agenda in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Business development: expand intermediaries and referral networks to secure new opportunities
• Lead restructuring and insolvency projects: advise on options and strategies; manage a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases
• Project coordination: ensure timely, on-budget delivery and high-quality outcomes
• Team development: oversee resource planning and career growth
• Strategic leadership: contribute to business plans and identify cross-selling opportunities
• Collaboration: work with internal teams to identify and support restructuring opportunities
• Technical expertise: share knowledge, manage risk, and uphold quality standards

Key requirements

• Extensive restructuring and insolvency experience
• Experience of winning client work is essential
• Demonstrable leadership skills
• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent); JIEB qualified and appointment taking
• Track record of winning work and capitalising on business development opportunities
