Job Title: Data Process Specialist

Location: Reigate (Or London) – Hybrid – 2/3 days a week in the office

This FTSE 250 Financial Services Company, specializing in Retirement Solutions, is seeking a Data Process Specialist to manage and process Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) in line with GDPR and data protection regulations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance, protecting individuals’ data rights, and mitigating privacy risks.

Skills and Knowledge Required:

• Strong relationship management, interpersonal skills, and subject-matter expertise
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly to various audiences
• Ability to inspire trust, influence others, promote collaboration, and motivate
• Ability to succeed in an influence-based role
• High self-motivation, self-discipline, and enthusiasm to succeed
• Strong delivery focus, organizational, and project management skills to coordinate plans and deliver on time and within budget

Experience:

• Experience processing DSARs and DPIAs
• Relevant experience in data protection roles within financial services
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with diverse activities
