Overview

In this role you will contribute to a high-profile corporate practice focused on private M&A, AIM and private equity transactions. You will work closely with a heavyweight Partner to manage complex deals and build trusted client relationships. The opportunity emphasizes progression to Partnership within a fast-paced, international firm culture. You will help shape outcomes on marquee deals while developing leadership in a cross-border environment.

Responsibilities

• Support private M&A, AIM and private equity transactions
• Assist in coordinating deal teams and client communications
• Draft and review transaction documents and due diligence materials
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and industry stakeholders
• Contribute to high-quality deal execution and project management

Key requirements

• Experience in Corporate teams handling AIM and M&A work at regional, national or international levels
• Ability to cultivate trusting relationships and work on complex projects
• High emotional intelligence and self-awareness
• Desire to progress to Partner
• Experience planned for mid-level or Senior Associate level to work with a leading Partner
