Grounds Maintenance Operative – Flexible, Field‑Based Role

Pinnacle Group is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative in Chichester to perform outdoor upkeep on residential estates. The role is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a full UK driving license required due to mobile duties.

The successful candidate will operate gardening tools and ride-on machinery, perform grass cutting, hedge trimming, debris clearance, and salt/grit spreading to maintain safe, welcoming areas for communities served by Pinnacle Group.
