Niyaa People seeks a Fire Risk Assessor to deliver Type 1–3 FRAs across a varied portfolio including domestic, commercial and care homes. You will produce detailed, compliant FRA reports with prioritised action plans and advise on safety improvements.
The role requires recognised FRA qualifications, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to manage your diary with travel across the Midlands region. A company car or car allowance is provided.
