Mental Health Service Operations Lead

Real Group, through PAIRS Kent, seeks a Service Operations Manager to lead the operational delivery of a parent-infant relationship service in Canterbury. The role is hybrid (3 days in office) and fixed-term until 25 August 2028, offering a £40,000 salary and 37.5 hours per week.

You’ll manage referrals, triage, appointments, capacity planning and governance, while coordinating venues, systems and partnerships with clinicians and commissioners.
