Prison Mental Health Transfer Lead

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Prisons Transfer Coordinator to lead safe, timely mental health transfers for prisoners requiring external inpatient services.

Based at HMP Bristol with regular travel to HMP Exeter, you will coordinate referrals, assessments and admissions under the Mental Health Act 1983 Part 3, liaising with prison teams, providers, and the MOJ to ensure timely care across the South West.
