Pub Assistant Manager: Lead Experience & Team

Greene King is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our busy pub team. You’ll support the General Manager, lead the team in delivering memorable customer experiences, and role model leadership on a daily basis.

You’ll oversee brand standards, help train staff, and ensure safety and allergen controls. The role offers a competitive salary in the £31k–£35k range plus bonus, with opportunities across Greene King brands.
