Hybrid HR Advisor – Generalist with ER Expertise

Alexander Mae HR Ltd seeks an experienced HR Advisor to join its HR team in Miskin. This busy generalist role provides practical HR advice across the business, focusing on employee relations, policy compliance and employee experience.

You will handle ER cases, coach managers, deliver HR training and support workforce planning, recruitment and HR data reporting. Hybrid working – three days in the office with travel to other sites as required.
