You will handle investment, development, and asset management matters for national and international investors, across traditional assets and growing sectors like build to rent and student accommodation. Responsibilities

• Support high-value commercial property transactions from inception to completion
• Work on investment, development, and asset management matters for national and international investors
• Handle deals across traditional asset classes and alternative sectors (student accommodation, hotels, leisure, build to rent)
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver on complex real estate projects
• Develop and maintain client relationships and contribute to business development

Key requirements

• 1–5 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial property
• Trained in a recognised real estate team at a major or mid-sized firm
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Solid academic background
• Demonstrated commitment to business development and client relationships
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage deadlines
