Senior Business Systems Analyst, Global Quality Systems

Overview

As Senior Business Systems Analyst, you’ll enhance Quality Management and Regulatory IT systems, shaping integrated business solutions. You will ensure QMS interfaces to corporate systems are fit-for-purpose and scalable. You’ll analyze business issues, draft functional specs, and evaluate global system proposals. You join a cross-functional IT team to drive best-practice solutions and project delivery that supports quality and regulatory objectives.

Responsibilities

• Understand business issues and data challenges across the organization and customers
• Identify effective solutions for transactional processing and reporting
• Document and review requirements, processes, and recommendations
• Develop functional and system design specifications for new systems, interfaces, and processes
• Evaluate local and global system proposals and advise management on impacts
• Provide expert support to users when issues extend beyond their knowledge
• Promote best-practice opportunities to enable strategic decision-making
• Manage Quality Management system projects

Key requirements

• Detailed knowledge of Quality Management processes and systems across multiple functional areas
• Direct experience in Manufacturing/QA environments
• Extensive experience with Quality Management Systems; Agile PLM experience preferred
• Strong IT literacy and familiarity with project management lifecycle
• Experience with Oracle Agile PLM and Veeva Quality, or equivalent systems
• Proficiency in Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio)
• Familiarity with GxP validated systems
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly
• Experience delivering IT solutions that interface with business systems
