Overview
In this role you partner with business and technology teams to shape solutions for the CAM credit platform, supporting discovery through delivery. You analyse data, model integrations, and ensure outcomes align with a cloud-first strategy. You work across stakeholders to drive practical, scalable improvements that impact customer outcomes. This is a collaborative, agile role that sits at the heart of a strategically important credit platform.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and tech teams to translate challenges into clear requirements and user stories
- Participate in discovery, refinement and solution design with business and technical context
- Analyse end-to-end processes, system interactions, and dependencies across the credit platform
- Investigate data, validate requirements, and support problem-solving using SQL and related techniques
- Document data mappings, interface requirements, API behaviours, JSON structures and field relationships
- Work with engineers and QA to keep requirements aligned with intended business outcomes
- Support release readiness and post-implementation activities within the shared support model
- Maintain delivery visibility with Agile tooling and end-to-end lifecycle management
Key requirements
- Significant experience as a Business Analyst, Technical BA or Systems Analyst in a complex tech environment
- Strong SQL capability for writing and interpreting complex queries
- Experience across shared platforms and complex integrations
- Experience with APIs, JSON payloads and system-to-system exchanges
- Solid understanding of data architecture concepts (structures, mappings, lineage, relationships)
- Experience with APIs, interface requirements and API documentation or testing
- Strong Agile delivery experience, especially Scrum
- Ability to define functional and non-functional requirements (scalability, resilience, security, performance)
- Proven ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships across teams
