Strategy & Operations Manager

Overview

In this role you drive the CEO & COO’s top-priority problems end-to-end, translating strategy into impact. You work closely with leadership to model decisions, build necessary analyses, and shepherd initiatives to execution. You communicate complex ideas clearly for boardrooms, investors, and partners, while navigating ambiguity at pace. This position sits at the heart of GetGround’s growth, shaping core strategies for a scalable real estate investment offering.

Responsibilities

• Own high-priority problems end-to-end for brief periods, defining questions, analyzing, forming views, gaining buy-in, and delivering results
• Conduct analyses independently, pull data, build and stress-test models, and validate conclusions without delegation
• Turn strategic insights into tangible deliverables that ship and create measurable impact
• Prepare leaders for board meetings, investor discussions, and partnership negotiations, shaping messages and materials
• Proactively surface overlooked issues and bring them to the CEO & COO

Key requirements

• 2 to 5+ years in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or operating role at a high-growth startup
• Strong commercial judgment; ability to identify two key numbers in messy situations and move quickly to a workable conclusion
• Excellent written and verbal communication; can explain complex topics simply to experts
• Ability to influence without formal authority
• High tolerance for ambiguity and fast pace; comfortable priorities shifting and projects evolving
