Overview

In this role you shape and deliver innovative Real Estate technology solutions within Deloitte’s IM&W ODS Real Estate practice. You translate business needs into detailed architectures, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and security. You’ll lead design governance, collaborate with stakeholders, and stay ahead on cloud, AI, and data trends to drive transformational outcomes for clients. This is a cross-functional, client-facing role that values collaboration, growth, and impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect technology solutions to transform Real Estate operations across the value chain
• Provide design governance, quality assurance, and design reviews to keep programmes on track
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and architects to translate requirements into technical designs
• Define solution architectures covering infrastructure, applications, data, and integrations
• Develop architectural artefacts and integration designs
• Evaluate technologies and platforms for scalability, performance, security, and cost
• Provide technical leadership across the solution development lifecycle
• Stay updated on cloud, AI/ML, automation, and data analytics trends for Real Estate tech
• Mentor junior team members and support career progression
• Contribute to thought leadership and practice development in Real Estate technology
• Lead pre-sales, bid preparation, and client presentations
• Support internal Deloitte practice development and diversity initiatives

Key requirements

• Proven experience as Solution Architect or Technical Business Analyst in Real Estate tech
• Deep understanding of Real Estate lifecycle and technology landscape (e.g., Yardi, MRI)
• Experience designing and integrating solutions across cloud, data, APIs, microservices, security
• Ability to analyse options, gather consensus, and drive decisions with business and IT stakeholders
• Experience working with third-party vendors and managing vendor relationships
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps) and hybrid/on-prem/cloud infrastructures
• Desirable: AI-driven solutions in Real Estate lifecycle; experience with Real Estate platforms (Yardi, MRI, Yavica)
