Overview

In this Lead TPM role you will coordinate complex technology deliverables across multiple teams to provide a clear, integrated view of progress, risks, and delivery readiness. You will serve as the central Engineering coordination point for Product and Business stakeholders, while teams retain execution and technical leads own decisions. You will help align product, business and engineering outcomes, manage dependencies and release readiness, and foster effective collaboration in a regulated environment. This position offers influence across cross-functional programs and opportunities to scale delivery practices.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate complex tech deliverables across multiple teams
  • Manage a changing portfolio of medium-to-large initiatives spanning extended timelines
  • Provide integrated view of progress, dependencies, risks, decisions and delivery readiness
  • Serve as main Engineering coordination point for Product and Business stakeholders
  • Coordinate integration, end-to-end testing or release readiness
  • Support cross-functional alignment and stakeholder communication
  • Mentor TPMs or contribute to delivery practice improvements (desirable)

Key requirements

  • Significant experience coordinating technical or software delivery across multiple teams
  • Track record managing complex dependencies, risks and integrated plans or forecasts
  • Experience aligning Product, Business and Engineering stakeholders on outcomes, priorities and trade-offs
  • Experience coordinating integration, end-to-end testing or release readiness
  • Familiarity with Agile or product-oriented delivery and tools such as Jira
  • Understanding of security, control, compliance and audit considerations in a regulated environment
  • Strong communication, facilitation and influencing skills
  • Ability to build momentum across teams without formal authority
  • Minimum 2.2 degree or international equivalent (or equivalent)
