Overview

In questa posizione, you support a London cost management team within an independent construction consultancy, delivering cost management across project lifecycles. You will own elements of projects, engage directly with clients, and develop both technical and commercial skills in a collaborative, partner-led environment. Work includes a varied portfolio such as film studios and heritage schemes, with a focus on early costing, procurement support, and post-contract duties. This hybrid role offers a clear path for progression within a smaller practice and meaningful client impact.

• Hybrid: 3 days office/site, 2 days home

Responsibilities

• Deliver QS services across project lifecycle
• Prepare cost plans and early-stage cost advice
• Support procurement and tender processes
• Manage valuations, variations and cost reporting
• Attend client, design and site meetings
• Develop relationships with clients and consultants
• Support junior team members

Key requirements

• Consultancy Quantity Surveying or Cost Management experience
• Strong pre and post-contract grounding
• Comfortable working directly with clients
• MRICS advantageous but not essential
• Ambitious and keen to progress in a smaller, collaborative consultancy environment
