Nova Talent is recruiting an experienced Depot Manager to join our client’s distribution team in Amesbury, Wiltshire. You will oversee daily depot operations, ensuring safety, compliance and efficiency, while leading a team and promoting a strong safety culture.

You will manage stock, assets, and reporting, with occasional hands-on support as needed. The role requires a background in depot operations, strong supervisory skills, and knowledge of transport regulations and health & safety.
