Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of claimant personal injury matters
• Run own files with supervision and support on complex/high-value claims
• Contribute to a friendly, experienced Personal Injury team in Exeter
• Engage in business development or client following where applicable
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of client care and communication

Key requirements

• 1–5 years’ experience handling personal injury matters
• Applicants from Solicitors, CILEX Lawyers, Chartered Legal Executives, experienced paralegals and other non-qualified fee earners
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Ability to manage own caseload with appropriate supervision
• More experienced candidates with proven business development track record and/or client following encouraged to apply
