Night Shift Operations Assistant

Marks & Spencer plc in Birmingham invites applications for a Customer Assistant in Operations. The role is physically demanding and centered on backstage store operations, stock handling, deliveries and keeping the shop floor replenished to serve customers efficiently.

Shifts run 22:00–07:00 with an added £3.00 per hour premium for unsocial hours between 22:00–06:00. Applicants must be 18+ and ready to work full-time hours during peak weeks in December.
