You’ll work from our office as part of a friendly, supportive team, with full training and guidance provided by an experienced manager. Whether you’re new to property or already have sales experience, we’ll give you the tools, knowledge and support you need to succeed. Your responsibilities will include introducing clients to suitable properties, arranging and coordinating viewings, assisting with paperwork, and supporting applicants throughout the letting process. This is a commission-based position, but we understand that this can sometimes feel uncertain when you have rent and expenses to cover. That’s why we want to be completely transparent about your earning potential. We keep a detailed track record of our agents’ earnings, and based on our records, none of our agents have earned below £2,000 per month while working with us. We have written records to support this, and experienced agents are typically earning around £2,500-£4,500+ per month, depending on their performance. There is no fixed salary cap – the more clients you successfully help and the more deals you complete, the more you can earn. We believe in rewarding performance rather than putting a limit on what a motivated person can make. You’ll have access to a portfolio of properties across London, regular client enquiries, your own desk and appointments, and ongoing support from the management team. The position starts with an initial two-week paid trial and training period, giving you the opportunity to learn the business, understand the process and see whether the role is right for you. During this period, you’ll work towards building your own pipeline and closing deals.
