Business Analyst

Location: London – Hybrid, 3 days per week

Contract: Initial 12 Months (extendable)

Rate: £250-£350 per day PAYE

We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Strategy & Operations professional to support EMEA sales strategy and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse complex data to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to influence business decisions.
• Translate analysis into clear presentations and strategic recommendations.
• Use AI and automation to improve analytical workflows and efficiency.
• Adapt to changing priorities and communicate trade-offs effectively.

Essential Skills

• 6+ years’ experience in Business Analysis, Strategy & Operations, Consulting or a similar environment.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large/complex datasets.
• Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Demonstrable experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows.

Desirable

• Tableau/Looker, AI automation, EMEA experience, and backgrounds in technology, advertising or media.
