Customer Experience Team Lead – Retail Shop

William Hill is looking for a Shop Supervisor in Leeds to lead a customer service team, coach staff, ensure store presentation and standards, and provide excellent customer service to guests while championing safer gambling. You will oversee opening/closing duties with team support and drive shop performance.

The role includes varied shifts 8am–10pm, Monday to Sunday, with a view to progression within the Retail network and attractive benefits including pension and holiday entitlement.
