Onsite Sales Support & Account Coordinator

Ralawise is seeking an on-site Order Processor in Wales to handle day-to-day account support for our B2B apparel wholesale customers. You will manage order processing, respond to calls and emails, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries.

The role requires a calm, organised, customer-first attitude and strong data security practices. You will work closely with Internal & Field Sales, maintain clear records, and meet KPI targets for accuracy and call retention.
