Building Surveyor / Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Building Surveyor / Project Manager to handle a portfolio of property damage claims on a ‘project managed’ basis, without financial restriction. operating throughout the Home Counties & South Midlands regions as required, acting for key clients. You will typically be responsible for scoping / scheduling works, contract administration, variations, final accounts etc. Ideally, you will be MRICS qualified, although this isn’t necessarily essential. Applicants that are AssocRICS and/or MCIOB will be considered.
