Guest Experience Specialist – Front Desk & Bar

Heeton Concept Hotels in Glasgow is seeking a friendly Guest Services Assistant to welcome guests from check-in to check-out, assist with bookings, and provide local insights for a memorable stay.

You will handle cash and card transactions, serve in the bar/restaurant, and support Reception, Bar, and Kitchen teams as needed. A strong customer service background and fluent English are essential, with hospitality experience preferred.
