Night Transport Operations Lead

Great Bear is seeking a Transport Supervisor to oversee 24/7 operations, manage a team of Transport Supervisors, and support the Transport Manager in staying within budget. The role runs 40 hours weekly, nights (22:00–06:00), Monday to Friday, with a strong emphasis on safety, cost control, and service excellence.

You will drive scheduling, holiday planning, and continuous improvement initiatives, while ensuring regulatory compliance and effective resource management across the site.
