Crisis Mental Health Practitioner (Band 6)

Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust (NSFT) is seeking skilled Mental Health Practitioners (Band 6) to join the new Initial Response Service (IRS) in Norwich. You will assess and manage urgent mental health crises, provide autonomous clinical leadership, and supervise colleagues within a 24/7 multidisciplinary team.

You will deliver rapid assessments, determine appropriate care pathways, and contribute to service development while ensuring equal access to care for diverse communities.
