Supply Chain Performance & Variance Lead

Oddbox is seeking a Performance & Variance Manager to optimize our supply chain. You will own OTIF metrics, analyze performance, and drive cost variance reductions across suppliers and internal teams.

This highly analytical role collaborates with Sourcing, Supply Chain, Technical and Finance to turn data into actionable improvements, improving reliability and cost efficiency over time. Hybrid work is offered at two offices.
