On-Site IT Support Technician (1st/2nd Line) – Grantham

4Square Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an IT Support Technician for a Grantham-based business. This hands-on 1st/2nd line role is the first point of contact for users, resolving day-to-day IT issues, setting up users and equipment, and escalating complex problems where needed.

The role suits someone with around 2-3 years’ IT support or helpdesk experience who enjoys working directly with users and wants to continue developing their technical skills. On-site five days per week in Grantham.
