Term-Time 1st Line IT Support Technician (Onsite)

European Electronique is seeking a term-time + 4 weeks on-site 1st Line IT Support Technician in Ascot. You will provide frontline advisory, diagnose issues, log calls in ConnectWise and work within a busy service desk to meet SLA times.

The role requires Windows/M365/server knowledge, network fundamentals, and desktop/mobile support. A+ or equivalent and education/service desk experience are preferred. Hours 8:00–16:30; RTW with no sponsorship. Free meals provided.
