Leigh Academy Peninsula East invites applications for an Assistant Principal to join its leadership team. The role combines Year 1 teaching with leadership of Phonics and Personal Development across the academy.

You will set high standards for teaching and learning, plan and deliver lessons to drive strong progress, and model best practice for colleagues. Experience in coaching and using Steplab would be helpful.
